- Data Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data.
- Refunds and Cancellations
We aim to ensure your satisfaction with our educational/software/other relevant services. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully:
19.1. Eligibility for Refunds and Cancellations:
To be eligible for a refund or cancellation, requests must be initiated within seven (7) calendar days from the original date of your purchase or enrollment in any of our services, courses, or programs. This seven-day period begins immediately upon successful transaction completion on our website.
19.2. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation:
All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted formally. To initiate a request, you are required to send a clear and unequivocal email to our support team at support@doctyn.com. Your email should include:
- Your full name as registered on your account.
- The email address associated with your account.
- The specific service, course, or program for which you are requesting a refund or cancellation.
- The date of your original purchase or enrollment.
- A brief reason for your request (optional, but helpful for our internal review process).
Please note that refund or cancellation requests submitted through any other channel (e.g., phone calls, social media messages, live chat) will not be considered valid for processing.
19.3. Refund Processing:
Upon receipt of a valid refund request that meets the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 19.1, our team will review it. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that any applicable taxes (such as GST), payment gateway charges, or other fees that were levied on the original transaction and are non-recoverable by us will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please allow seven (7) to ten (10) working days from the date of approval for the refund to be reflected in your account. The actual time it takes for the funds to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment processor.
19.4. Non-Refundable Scenarios:
Please be aware that refunds or cancellations will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Services Already Rendered: No refunds will be provided for services, courses, or programs where the content has been substantially accessed, consumed, or utilized by the user. This includes, but is not limited to, significant progress made in online courses, download of course materials, or extensive engagement with interactive tools. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes “substantially accessed or utilized” based on our internal metrics.
- Beyond the Cancellation Window: Requests received after the initial seven (7) calendar day eligibility period (as specified in Section 19.1) will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of the level of engagement with the service.
- Breach of Terms: If your access to the Website or services is terminated due to a violation of these Terms and Conditions, you will not be entitled to any refund.
- Promotional or Discounted Purchases: Specific promotional offers or heavily discounted items may be designated as non-refundable. Any such conditions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
By proceeding with a purchase or enrollment, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Refunds and Cancellations policy.
- Certification and Credentialing
Completion of a course or program does not guarantee certification unless explicitly stated. Certification may depend on meeting evaluation criteria, assessments, participation, and other factors defined at the program level.
- Payment Terms
By enrolling in any of our paid programs, you agree to the stated pricing and payment terms. The prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST) unless otherwise explicitly stated. Late payments or failed transactions may result in access restrictions or removal from the program. Any payment gateway charges or other transaction fees, if applicable, will be borne by Doctyn unless specifically mentioned in the website.
